Director of Operations

CareNet Services of DuPage is seeking a full time Director of Operations.  Candidates must possess a solid background of administrative experience, budgeting knowledge and demonstrate an ability to manage staff.  Experience in ministry preferable.  Must be a self-starter, able to manage multiple programs and projects and work collaboratively with staff.   This individual would assist the Executive Director in implementing and achieving ministry goals.  Bachelor's degree required.  Master's degree a plus.

 

Personal Resource Counselor

CareNet Services of DuPage is seeking a part-time Personal Resource Counselor to support our clients by offering life coaching and family counseling.  This person would be responsible for working with individual clients in goal-setting and life skills assessment as well as conducting family counseling.  Must be organized and dependable, while willing to work in a flexible environment. Masters degree required,LCPC, MSW or equivalent.  Fluency in Spanish is not required, but preferred.  

 

Development Officer

CareNet Pregnancy Services is seeking a dynamic and engaging Development Officer to join it's Communications team - building and maintaining relationships with our CareNet partners.  Experience in major gifts a plus but will train the right person.  Full or part time positions available.   Bachelor's Degree required.  Qualified individuals must possess a passion for CareNet's ministry and a desire to see it grow. 

 

Client Services Assistant

CareNet Services of DuPage seeks a full-time Client Services Assistant who will work closely with the Center Director to carry out administrative duties and be the primary Peer Counselor for clients, including options counseling and providing support.  We will train the right individual for this position.  This person will have a passion for helping women and men who are faced with an unplanned pregnancy and will possess the ability to introduce and help foster relationships with the Lord.  Fluency in Spanish is not required but is a plus.  Basic computer skills required.  Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.

 

Restore Director

CareNet Services of DuPage is seeking a part-time Director of our Restore After Abortion program.  The Director of Post-Abortion Services is in charge of coordinating and developing CareNet's services to women and men who are struggling with a previous abortion decision.  The Director will work one-on-one with post-abortion clients and supervise a team of volunteers.  Previous experience with post-abortion counseling is preferable.  Must be team-oriented and flexible, willing to manage various tasks and projects, while collaborating with volunteers for the coordination of the post-abortion groups.  Bachelors degree or equivalent is recommended.    

 

Abstinence Educator

CareNet's Amplify Youth Development program is looking for a full-time educator to provide abstinence-based healthy relationship education to teens in DuPage County. Responsibilities include teaching within a variety of in-school and after-school programs as well as communicating with students and teachers on a regular basis. This person must have strong written and verbal communication skills, believe that abstinence from sexual activity until marriage is the healthiest choice, and love working with teens. Bachelor's degree preferred along with a background in teaching or public speaking.
