Bridges Program

Equipping Women Through Parenting Services

Bridges is a free parenting program designed for women and men seeking support during pregnancy and the early parenting years.
In collaboration with Oak Brook Community Church, 3100 Midwest Road, CareNet offers parenting services through its Bridges program.  Bridges is a free parenting program designed for women and men seeking support during pregnancy and the early parenting years.  The goal of Bridges is to provide material goods as well as helpful parenting classes and spiritual support.  Bridges participants can “Learn and Earn” as they participate in the parenting classes and Bible studies that are part of this program.  Women are eligible if they are pregnant and/or have a child under the age of 2 ½ and are residents of DuPage County

Bridges serves over 75 families each month and serves both English and Spanish speakers with two sessions each month. Many of these families first learn of Bridges while visiting a CareNet office.
